Professional mentoring will support you to set up your therapeutic or creative business, guide you through those initial daunting stages, and to hopefully be seen as the go to person in your field (even if you work in a saturated market) but in an honest, realistic, and ethical way.
I will support you to understand your initial blocks & resistance to success, truly get to grips with your start-up business goals and spot potential cockups and liabilities.
You will understand your ideal client (it’s not always who you think they are), and understand your field of visibility and what it really takes to put yourself out there. You’ll also understand the basics of the minefield that is social media, including the hints, tips and information you need to know to initially get started.
I’ll support you to creating your business future and ultimately support you to start your business in a strong, compassionate, ethical and mindful way so you can then go on and do your job.
I will also assist you with links and contacts that you’ll need as well as tickle the creative part of your grey matter.
You are essentially just weeks away from business launch if you are ready to do the work to make it happen.
For Business Level-Ups
If you have an existing business then I will support you to take the next steps towards the professional goals you set so you can truly 'level up' to be placed exactly where your potential lies within your market as you see it.
Professional ‘level-up’ mentoring is aimed at the self-employed small business owner who has at least a year of income generation under their belts but truly want to take things to the next level. You will be nurtured and mentored as you do the work on your business.
It’s perfect for anyone who wants to understand how to attract your ideal client, how to make (more) money ethically and realistically, and how to get to grips with having a successful online presence in a potentially saturated or alternatively niche field of work.
Mentoring doesn’t include legal or financial advice (although I can signpost to the people who can provide this knowledge) but instead helps you navigate your arena in a realistic set of stages and in line with the goals you set with me.

Your programme of support

-A 30 minute introductory assessment session (online via Skype or Facetime or WhatsApp).
We can discuss your goals, needs, and requirements, plus I can answer any questions you have about your programme of support.

-Your in-depth professional mentoring pre-work that will show us both the areas that require support, attention, care, structure, and understanding.
You will be working on this for 4-6 weeks with check-ins from me throughout the process.

-A bespoke tailored course of professional depth mentoring created by myself prior to you starting your sessions based on your pre-work and the agreed goals.

-Your 60 minute fortnightly tailored bespoke professional mentoring sessions for the duration of the programme.

- Additional weekly check-ins to ensure that you’re moving forward to a clear and realistic plan.

- Bespoke transformational ‘homework’ including any worksheets you may require (as assessed) that will ensure you are working to build or level-up a business ethically and with oomph.

- Regular twice weekly check-ins and pathway guidance via email and/or confidential encrypted text messages.
- Priority email & text access for the duration of our time together.
- There’ll also be additional check-ins to ensure that you’re moving forward to a clear and realistic plan.
