If you contact me using my contact form, I will receive your name and email address and your short message only. I will use this to reply to your message. Your message is stored on a password protected email account and deleted after one month. If you become a client then I keep all relevant correspondence for three years in line with my insurance providers advice.

This website uses cookies so that when you visit again, the pages will load faster. If you want to block cookies you can do that on your own browser.

You can request to receive details of the personal data I hold about you. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for therapeutic, administrative, legal, or security purposes.

I only keep your data on my personal computer, which is password protected.
